ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਗੁਰਗੱਦੀ ਦਿਵਸ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ। ਇਹ 1708 ਵਿੱਚ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੰਦੇੜ ਵਿਖੇ ਵਾਪਰੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ, ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਗੱਦੀ (ਆਤਮਕ ਤਖਤ) ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਗੁਰੂ - ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ - ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਐਲਾਨ, "ਗੁਰੂ ਮਾਨਿਓ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ" ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ, ਬੁੱਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚ ਲਈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਵੱਲ ਹੀ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਤ ਰੂਪ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਜਨ (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ) ਹਨ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛੋਕੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਿਆਨਵਾਨ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਹੱਸਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਏਕਤਾ, ਦਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਗੁਰੂ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਾਈ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ, ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਿਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਮ ਸਰੋਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਇਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਨ ਹਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ਬਦ - ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸ਼ਬਦ - ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ 1708 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਐਲਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਗੂੰਜਦਾ ਹੈ: "ਅਗਿਆ ਭਾਈ ਅਕਾਲ ਕੀ, ਤਭੀ ਚਲਾਇਓ ਪੰਥ; ਸਭ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਕੋ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੈ, ਗੁਰੂ ਮਾਨਿਓ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ।" (ਕਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਾਲ, ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ; ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਮੰਨਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੈ।)
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਤ ਰੂਪ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਜਨ (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ) ਹਨ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛੋਕੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਿਆਨਵਾਨ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਹੱਸਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਏਕਤਾ, ਦਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਗੁਰੂ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਾਈ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ, ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਿਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਅੰਤਮ ਸਰੋਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

Gurgaddi Diwas Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Declared as the Guru for eternity by Patshahi 10th by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji (1708)
Gurgaddi Diwas of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is one of the most sacred and significant days in Sikh history. It marks the divine moment in 1708 when 10th Patshahi, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji, declared Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the one and only Eternal Guru of the Sikhs. This historic event took place at Nanded, where Guru Gobind Singh Ji, before merging with the Divine Light, ended the line of human Gurus and transferred the Gurgaddi (spiritual throne) to the Shabad Guru—the Word of God contained in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Through this divine proclamation, “Guru Maneyo Granth,” Guru Gobind Singh Ji established that all Sikhs should forever only look to Guru Granth Sahib Ji for spiritual guidance, wisdom, and truth.
Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is not merely a holy book but the living embodiment of the eternal Guru. It contains the divine teachings and hymns (Gurbani) of the Sikh Gurus, as well as the enlightened saints and mystics from different faiths and backgrounds who shared the same message of oneness, compassion, and devotion to the Divine. Through these sacred writings, the Guru speaks directly to the soul, guiding Sikhs to live a life of truth, humility, equality, and remembrance of Waheguru. The installation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as the eternal Guru ensured that Sikhism would remain free from human authority and that the Word of God would forever be the ultimate source of guidance and spiritual leadership.
This sacred day reminds every Sikh that the Guru now resides in the Shabad—the Divine Word—and that all answers and guidance are found within the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The declaration made by Guru Gobind Singh Ji in 1708 continues to resonate today: “Agya Bhai Akal Ki, Tabhi Chalayo Panth; Sabh Sikhan Ko Hukam Hai, Guru Maneyo Granth.” (By the order of the Timeless One, the Khalsa Panth was established; all Sikhs are commanded to recognize Sri Guru Granth as their one and only Guru.)

ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹੀ ੭ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤ ਪੁਰਬ ਉਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਸ਼ਵਾਨ ਰੂਪ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ, ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਅਭੇਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ, 1630 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਰਤਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਮੇ, 6ਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ, ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪੋਤਰੇ ਸਨ। ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ, ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਦਿਆਲੂ, ਕੋਮਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਝੁਕਾਅ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਦਾ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਯੋਧਾ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀ।

Gurgaddi Purab of Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji, 8th Patshahi, is the sacred day that commemorates the moment when Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji was bestowed with the spiritual throne (Gurgaddi) of Guru Nanak. At a very young age, he was appointed as the next Guru by his father, Sri Guru Har Rai Sahib Ji, who recognized the divine light shining within him. Despite being only five years old when he received Gurgaddi, Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji displayed immense spiritual wisdom, humility, and compassion that touched the hearts of everyone around him. His gentle nature and deep understanding of Gurbani revealed that divine wisdom is not bound by age.
Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji embodied the essence of service and humility. During his travels in Delhi, a devastating smallpox epidemic spread throughout the city, causing immense suffering. Guru Ji devoted himself to serving the sick and the poor, providing water and comfort to all without discrimination. His divine presence brought healing and hope to countless people, and he became lovingly known as “Bala Pir”—the Child Prophet. Even while enduring the disease himself, Guru Ji’s only concern was for the well-being of others, teaching through his actions the Sikh values of seva (selfless service), compassion, and faith in Waheguru’s will. Before merging with the Eternal Light at the young age of eight, Guru Ji uttered the famous words, “Baba Bakale,” guiding Sikhs toward Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji as the next Guru.
Sri Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji embodied the essence of service and humility. During his travels in Delhi, a devastating smallpox epidemic spread throughout the city, causing immense suffering. Guru Ji devoted himself to serving the sick and the poor, providing water and comfort to all without discrimination. His divine presence brought healing and hope to countless people, and he became lovingly known as “Bala Pir”—the Child Prophet. Even while enduring the disease himself, Guru Ji’s only concern was for the well-being of others, teaching through his actions the Sikh values of seva (selfless service), compassion, and faith in Waheguru’s will. Before merging with the Eternal Light at the young age of eight, Guru Ji uttered the famous words, “Baba Bakale,” guiding Sikhs toward Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji as the next Guru.

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤ ਪੁਰਬ, ਦਸਵੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ, ਉਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ 1708 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਦੇੜ ਵਿਖੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਭੇਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਭੌਤਿਕ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਛੋੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ, ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਹਿੰਮਤ, ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਚਮਕਦਾਰ ਉਦਾਹਰਣ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕਤਾ (ਧਰਮ) ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ, ਦੱਬੇ-ਕੁਚਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ - ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਜੋ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ, ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਚ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ - ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ, ਮਾਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਚਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦੇ) - ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ, ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਜਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਇਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਗਮਗਾਏ ਨਹੀਂ। ਆਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ 1699 ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਤਾਕਤ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਡਰਤਾ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਸੰਤ-ਸਿਪਾਹੀ - ਧਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਕਾਰਜ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਸੰਤ-ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਬਣ ਗਏ। ਆਪਣੇ ਨਸ਼ਵਰ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਗੱਦੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਸਦੀਵੀ, ਜੀਵਤ ਗੁਰੂ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਦੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹੇ।

Joti Jot Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji, 10th Patshahi, marks the sacred day when Guru Ji merged with the Divine Light in 1708 at Nanded, Maharashtra. This day commemorates his departure from the physical world and his eternal union with Akal Purakh, the Timeless One. Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji’s life was a shining example of courage, sacrifice, and divine wisdom. He carried forward the mission of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji by upholding righteousness (Dharam), protecting the oppressed, and establishing the Khalsa Panth—a spiritual order committed to equality, service, and truth. This act ensured that the light of Gurmat would continue to guide humanity forever.
